Just move, without to much thought. Let go of thinking thoughts like, "this is silly" " I can't do this" "my body does not move like this"....etc. Just let go and allow yourself to feel beautiful, young, sensual. Let your yoga dance make you feel as though you have been reborn in body, mind, and spirit. If you allow yourself to feel this, you will be it, you will free yourself of the false shekels that define you, you will create the you that is your potential.
