Directions to the Studio

We are located in the Old Town of Strasburg VA.  In a charming Arts and Craft house built in 1907.   We are at the main intersection area of this charming town, near restaurants,  antique shops,  town festivals,  bed and breakfasts, and  Historic Hotel Strasburg. 

Our Town is rich in History.  Founded by Germans,  famous for the clay pots they made.  The civil war was fought here. Homes and businesses where used as hospitals during that war.  My house and home of the Yoga / Pilates Studio was built by the Borden Family.   Borden Lumber craftsmanship  is seen in many of the  fine old homes and businesses in Strasburg. 

From Front Royal

Take Rt-66 West to Rt-81 South towards Roanoke / Woodstock - Take the first exit to Strasburg - Left exiting the ramp - Go about 2 miles - towards Old Town Strasburg ( 2 Lights ) - going through the second  stop light - the Studio is the 3rd structure in / 2nd house on the left - a sign by the drive ways says " the Yoga /  Pilates Studio - Park on the street.

From Winchester


Take Rt-81 South towards Roanoke / Winchester -  Pass Rt 66 - Take the first exit after passing Rt-66 - Strasburg - Take a Left of the ramp -  go about 2 miles - through 2 stop lights - go through the second stop light - The Studio is the 3rd structure / 2nd house on the left - a sign by the drive ways says " the Yoga /  Pilates Studio - Park on the street Strasburg

From Woodstock

Take Rt-81 North towards  - Winchester -Strasburg 2 and 3 exit  from Winchester -  take the first Strasburg exit (Rt-55) -  Turn Right exiting the ramp - go about 2 miles - coming to a T - go right on Rt-11 -  Go through the second stop light -  The Studio is the 3rd structure in / 2nd house on the left - a sign by the drive ways says " the Yoga /  Pilates Studio - Park on the street.
